Twilight Party Hire: Terms and Conditions of Hire

A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking.

All payments are in advance and balance must be paid before/upon collection of equipment/goods. No goods will be released if payment has not been made in full.

Equipment/Goods are hired out per day only.

All hired items must be returned on time. Late returns will result in additional fees.

All equipment/goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

No eating, drinking, shoes, pets or sharp items are allowed on the inflatables.

No persons over the age of 12 years are allowed on the inflatables.

All equipment/goods are to be used under constant adult supervision.

No children are allowed to play near the motor/blower.

Inflatables are not to be used near fire or braai areas.

Motor/Blowers must not be near water or exposed to rain.

Inflatables are not to be used in rain/bad weather.

Inflatables must be set up on a flat area, preferably on grass and way from trees, walls, rocks, sharp objects.

Inflatables must be deflated completely, folded neat and properly and placed in carry bag (instruction to fold inflatable will be given to Customer)

All equipment/inflatable/items are used entirely at the customer/s own risk and Twilight party Hire does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person/s as a result of use of the equipment/inflatable/items whatsoever.

Children must be supervised at all times whilst using the inflatables.

The Customer/s is fully liable for any damage, loss, or theft of Equipment/goods whilst in their care and will be liable to pay the full replacement cost in the event of loss/theft of Equipment/goods. Should Equipment/goods be damaged whilst in the care of the Customer, the Customer will be liable to pay for the repairs thereof.
